For a long time, Task Owl was a Virtual Assistant business. Calendar management. Email organization. Task coordination. The behind-the-scenes work that keeps a business moving forward.

But what I was actually doing with clients was different. They would come to me thinking they had a delegation problem, and we would find out it was a documentation problem. They would say they needed more capacity, and what they actually needed was clarity about where their existing capacity was going.

The VA label created an expectation that did not match the work. More importantly, it was not serving the founders who needed something different.

So Task Owl evolved. Dropping the VA descriptor was not a rebrand for its own sake. It was an alignment. The name finally matched the work.

Today I work as an Online Business Manager, OBM-accredited, partnering with founders and small business owners to build the operational clarity and systems their businesses need to grow sustainably. When execution support is part of the picture, I bring in trusted virtual assistants and content managers to serve clients alongside me. Strategy and execution, coordinated through one relationship.​
